This policy governs all public communications by the Company and its Direct Sellers/Employees (Representatives) across Traditional Media and New Media (including all social networking sites, blogs, and online platforms).

🎯 Core Aims & Compliance

  • Compliance is Mandatory: Ensure all advertising is accurate, truthful, and ethical, with strict adherence to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
  • Approval Only: Only approved and authorized information may be published.
  • Guidance: Provide clear rules for all Representatives on content dissemination and digital conduct.

📜 Content Guidelines & Liability

Rule Description
The Company is only liable for advertisements published after receiving final written consent. Truth & Facts
Advertisements must not contain deceptive, misleading, or exaggerated statements. Only verifiable facts about products and the business opportunity are permitted.
Language Advertisements may be published in English and/or Hindi.
Compliance All content must adhere to the guidelines of The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).

🛑 Prohibited Content & Claims

Category Strictly Prohibited Activities and Content
Product & Health Making false or exaggerated claims (e.g., instant fair skin, instant weight gain/loss, etc.). Making medical claims (cure, treat, diagnose) without regulatory approval.
Illegal/Restricted Promotion of illegal products/drugs, tobacco products (including vapes/e-cigarettes), or products from endangered wildlife.
Income/MLM Promoting guaranteed income, luxurious lifestyles, or easy wealth. Claims that compensation is based on recruitment rather than sale of products to consumers.
Online Conduct Bullying, harassment, threats, or promoting violence. Posting pornographic or explicit content. Content that promotes cheating or deceitful practices.

🤝 Social Media Code of Conduct

All Representatives must follow these rules:

  • Identification: Always clearly disclose your affiliation and specific position with the Company.
  • Prior Approval: Never share confidential, proprietary, or unverified information without prior Company approval.
  • Account Separation: Highly recommended to keep personal accounts separate from professional/Company accounts.
  • Intellectual Property (IP): Obtain written permission before using any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or images of customers/personnel.
  • Queries & Escalation: Handle complex customer queries offline (via official channels). Do not escalate disputes; maintain a respectful tone or disengage immediately.
  • Consequence: Violation of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the Direct Seller Agreement.

🔎 Monitoring and Review

  • Evaluation Process: The Company appoints an authorized individual/committee to evaluate and grant final consent for all advertisements.
  • Monitoring Committee: A dedicated Monitoring and Compliance Committee regulates and monitors all public posts, provides corrective instructions, and ensures the timely removal of prohibited content.
  • Modifications: The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
