No Refund Policy

YASVIN INDIA generally operates under a strict 'NO REFUND' policy for digital products and services, including E-books, recharge transactions, and bill payments etc.

Cancellation

As part of usual business practice, if the Direct Selling Entity (DSE) receives a cancellation notice and the order has not yet been processed, the DSE may cancel the order and issue a refund for the entire amount to the Consumer or Independent Customer within a reasonable period.

  • Order can be cancelled till 4 PM of the next day. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Processed Orders

The Direct Selling Entity will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and have left the Direct Selling Entity, Franchisee, or Pickup Centre’s premises.

  • In such cases, the Consumer or Independent Customer will be informed of their right to return the product.
  • The Consumer or Independent Customer will be responsible for bearing their own shipping costs to return the product to the Direct Selling Entity.

In the event an Independent Customer has availed any benefit under any marketing or promotions provided by the Direct Selling Entity (DSE) related to a Product that is subsequently cancelled (either by the Consumer/Independent Customer or by the DSE), the Independent Customer agrees and authorizes the DSE to:

  • Recover such benefits from the Independent Customer's payable incentive or compensation.
  • Set-off the value of those benefits against any refunds due to the Independent Customer.

Return/Exchange Policy

In the event of dissatisfaction, a manufacturing defect, or a packaging defect, customers or distributors may return or exchange the product.

Procedure for Customers:

  • Customers must contact the company from whom they originally purchased the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • They are required to provide a valid reason for the return and return the affected products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing you with prior notice. Your continued use of YASVIN INDIA following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies, and other policies applicable in general and/or to specific areas of this website, YASVIN INDIA, or to a particular service, are also considered part of these Terms.

YASVIN INDIA Disclaimer & Liabilities

YASVIN INDIA does not assume ownership of any products or services provided by the merchant, vendor, or service provider at any point during a transaction with the user. Furthermore, YASVIN INDIA does not assert any rights or claims over the products or services offered by the merchant to the user. Any cancellation or refund will be governed solely by the terms and conditions established by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor involved in the transaction.

YASVIN INDIA plays no role in governing, determining, or processing refund or cancellation charges. Consequently, YASVIN INDIA will not be responsible for any refunds or cancellations, including any associated charges or liabilities that may arise.

In the event that you (the user) mistakenly send a payment to a wrong party or transmit an incorrect amount, YASVIN INDIA shall bear no liability in this regard. Your sole recourse will be to directly contact the third party to whom the payment was sent to seek a refund, if applicable. YASVIN INDIA will not process a refund or reverse a payment made erroneously by you.

All sales of prepaid recharge, bill payments, and similar services made through the YASVIN INDIA platform are considered final, and no refund or exchange is permitted.

User Responsibility:

The User (YOU) is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the following information before completing a purchase:

  • The mobile number or DTH account number for which the prepaid recharge is purchased.
  • The utility bill account details for which the payment is made.
  • The data card information and account details for similar recharge and bill payment services.

The User is responsible for all charges that result from these purchases. YASVIN INDIA is not responsible for any purchase made for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, utility bill account, incorrect data card information, or any similar service errors resulting from inaccurate input by the User.

YASVIN INDIA disclaims any and all liability, legal accountability, losses, or damages that may arise from the act, omission, or conduct of any User on its website or mobile application, or that are caused by the same. The User (You) expressly acknowledges that YASVIN INDIA acts solely as a payment facilitator and intermediary. As such, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YASVIN INDIA from any accountability or claims that may arise from the User's actions or transactions. Furthermore, You (the User) acknowledge that visiting or using the YASVIN INDIA website or mobile application constitutes your implicit acceptance and confirmation of this entire disclaimer.

YOU are strongly advised to review the terms and conditions provided by the specific merchant or vendor on their respective website and/or platform. YASVIN INDIA is not responsible for your inability to access such terms and conditions, nor for any loss resulting from those terms or the lack thereof.

Core Relationship and Liability

  • Direct Contract: YOU agree and acknowledge that the actual contract for sale or service is directly between YOU and the merchant/vendor.
  • Content and Control: YASVIN INDIA does not control or prevent changes in the published details and descriptions of websites/apps operated by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor and is not responsible for any content therein.
  • No Guarantee of Items/Services: YASVIN INDIA has no control over the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items displayed; the accuracy of the aggregator’s content or listings; or the ability of the aggregator and merchant/vendor to sell items or provide services.
  • No Ownership Transfer: YASVIN INDIA does not at any point during any transaction between YOU and the aggregator/merchant/vendor take ownership of any of the listings, bookings, or services offered. Furthermore, YASVIN INDIA does not assert any rights or claims over the same.

Resolution and Contact

The aggregator or the merchant/vendor is solely responsible for the content, listings, and bookings made available through the YASVIN INDIA platform. YOU must contact the respective aggregator or merchant/vendor directly for clarification and confirmation regarding their offerings. We request that YOU seek further information from the vendor/merchant/service provider or confirm the details on their websites. YASVIN INDIA does not warrant the content, listings, bookings, or services offered on its platform by various aggregators, merchants, or vendors.

YOU understand that any issues or disputes regarding warranty, guarantee, quality, and service will be addressed strictly according to the terms and conditions of the specific aggregator, merchant, or vendor. YOU agree to handle all such issues and disputes directly with the respective aggregator, merchant, or vendor.

YASVIN INDIA is not responsible for, and provides no warranty or guarantee regarding, any post-sale claims, genuineness of listings/bookings, content, products, or services provided by third parties. YASVIN INDIA will not be liable for any claims, including but not limited to, any misrepresentation made by an aggregator or a merchant/vendor in their content, listings, or bookings.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the service, the interface, the API, and their respective information, pricing, data, and availability are subject, at any time and from time to time, to various factors that may cause errors, delays, or interruptions. These issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Human, Mechanical, or Typographic Errors: This covers mistakes, oversights, and limitations in data or presentation.
  • Systemic Issues and Delays: These may arise from, be related to, or result from problems inherent in computer hardware and software, telecommunication and operating systems, databases, or business processes and procedures.
  • Internet and Communication Problems: This covers issues associated with the use of the internet and electronic communications.
  • External Events: This includes, without limitation: Force Majeure Events, Government or Regulatory Actions, Orders, or Notifications, Acts and Omissions of Third Parties.

Any amount transferred erroneously or for any reason by the USER shall not be refunded to the USER in any circumstances. The USER understands and agrees that YASVIN INDIA is not a party to the contract established between the USER and the merchant establishment.

  • YASVIN INDIA does not endorse any advertiser or merchant linked to its website.
  • Furthermore, YASVIN INDIA is under no obligation to monitor the service or products provided by the merchant establishment to the USER.

The merchant establishment alone will be responsible for all obligations under that contract, including (without limitation) warranties or guarantees. Any dispute or complaint against a merchant establishment must be directly resolved by the USER with that merchant establishment. It is explicitly clarified that YASVIN INDIA shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency in goods and/or services purchased using the YASVIN INDIA wallet.

YASVIN INDIA will not refund the USER for any payment made erroneously to any merchant establishment or for any erroneous transfer to any other person. This policy applies under all circumstances.

Any web link on the platform leading to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement of that link, its content, or its proprietor. By using or browsing any such third-party web link, the USER shall be solely subject to the terms and conditions established in relation to that specific web link.

In the event of any dispute (as defined elsewhere in this agreement), YASVIN INDIA's records shall be considered binding and conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through the use of the wallet.

YASVIN INDIA will not be responsible for recovering funds in instances where the account holder initiates a fund transfer to an unintended or incorrect account.

These terms and conditions shall be applicable to the provision of any fund transfer and fund collection facility provided or facilitated by YASVIN INDIA. The USER is required to provide correct beneficiary details to YASVIN INDIA when availing the said facility. The USER shall be solely responsible for entering incorrect beneficiary details (such as an incorrect Virtual Payment Address, mobile number, account number, or IFSC code), which may result in funds being transferred to an incorrect beneficiary. The USER agrees that the payment order shall become irrevocable once it is executed by YASVIN INDIA.

The USER is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all instructions provided to YASVIN INDIA. If instructions are provided in the form and manner prescribed by YASVIN INDIA, they will be considered sufficient to operate the relevant facility. YASVIN INDIA is not required to independently verify these instructions. YASVIN INDIA assumes no liability if it is unable to stop or prevent the implementation of any payment order issued by the USER. Once a payment order is issued by the USER, it cannot be subsequently revoked.

All instructions, requests, directives, orders, and directions entered by the USER are based upon the USER’s decisions and remain the sole responsibility of the USER.

Refunds Processing (If Applicable)

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited directly to your YASVIN INDIA wallet account.

In the event of a refund for any product or service, the associated cashback amount will be reversed (rolled back). If the user has already consumed the cashback amount, the equivalent value will be deducted from the original refund amount of the product or service.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited using one of the following methods:

  1. To your YASVIN INDIA wallet account.
  2. To the original payment source (UPI, online banking, credit card, or debit card) that was used to make the initial wallet top-up or order payment.

Processing Timeline

Your refund is estimated to be credited to the payment account used for the original transaction within 15 to 30 business days after initiating the refund.

Important Note on Timing

Please be aware that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies, such as banks and payment gateways, and is therefore outside of YASVIN INDIA's direct control.

All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
